UNSTEADY CONSISTENCY
Installation

Once the apple skin has been pierced, it oxidises on contact with oxygen. The smell of the fermentation process attracts decomposers, and the apple soon loses its shape. Life always demands interaction, and this requires the instability and mutability of bodies. In the same way, one's sense of self is created or destroyed through communication with others. The sense also requires exchange, so beliefs become volatile and fickle, like matter.
